Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Policy Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining policy integration solutions to ensure seamless integration of policies across various systems and platforms. As a Policy Integration Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust policy integration solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement policy integration solutions to enable the seamless flow of policies across different systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand policy requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Work closely with other developers and IT teams to integrate policy solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the integrated systems.
- Ensure that policy integration solutions adhere to regulatory compliance and security standards.
- Implement security measures to safeguard policy data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Create comprehensive documentation for policy integration solutions, including design documents, implementation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or updates to the integration processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and system architecture.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between policy integration and overall system development goals.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of policy integration solutions.
- Work with quality assurance teams to identify and address any defects or issues in the integration processes.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Policy Integration Developer or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java
- Experience with integration technologies and tools, such as API gateways, middleware, and ESBs.
- Familiarity with policy management systems and frameworks.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
