Job Summary/Objective: We are seeking five highly experienced Oracle EBS Project Functional Consultants to join our team. As an Oracle EBS Project Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Applications R12 with a specific focus on Project Accounting, billing, and costing modules. Moreover, your role will include production support and adherence to Oracle AIM methodology documentation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Project Accounting, billing, and costing modules, ensuring smooth P2P and O2C processes, with a particular focus on OTL and GL.
- Take the lead in implementing Oracle Projects across multiple countries, establishing best practices for project accounting.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, gathering functional requirements and facilitating communication.
- Develop functional solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide training to business and core users.
- Perform impact analysis and propose practical solutions for enhancement requests, ensuring continued system improvement.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and resolving issues within Oracle Project Accounting, including Project Costing and Project Billing.
- Implement event-based revenue and billing processes, along with billing and revenue extensions.
- Conduct independent analysis and provide comprehensive solutions, demonstrating confidence in your
- Utilize SQL or PL/SQL and Oracle Reporting tools to extract and manipulate data effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Apps in the context of Project Accounting.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation following Oracle AIM methodology standards.
Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Applications R12, specializing in Project Accounting, billing, and costing.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Project Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of P2P and O2C processes, including OTL and GL.
- International project implementation experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address root causes effectively.
- Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL and Oracle Reporting tools.
- Experience in production support and maintenance of Oracle Apps for Project Accounting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with documentation standards according to Oracle AIM methodology.
