Job Summary / Objective:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Lead with a strong finance background to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials. The lead will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust financial solutions that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyse, and document financial requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Configure and optimise Fusion Finance modules in line with business processes and best practices.
- Drive project execution — from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and custom report development.
- Identify opportunities for finance process improvements and automation.
- Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, ensuring data accuracy across modules.
- Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, business flows, and solutions delivered.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Financials releases, features, and enhancements.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financials.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Fusion.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes — GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Proven experience in configuration, testing, and implementation of Fusion Finance applications.
- Exposure to integration points with Procurement, Projects, and HR modules.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
- Experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation or upgrade projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA Finance preferred).
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and business process flows.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is an added advantage.
