Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate should have 10–12 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in CRM architecture roles. The architect will lead solution design, customisations, integrations, and data migrations, while ensuring high-quality delivery across CRM initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Enhance and customise Dynamics 365 CE based on client business needs.
- Lead and support CRM integrations and data migration activities.
- Work extensively with Power Platform, Dataverse, C#, JavaScript, and Power Pages.
- Collaborate with functional teams, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Provide strong architectural guidance and align solutions with industry best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and development cycles.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance standards.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions.
Experience:
- 10–12 years overall experience in Microsoft D365 CE (or similar CRM platforms).
- 2+ years of experience in architecting Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Pages.
- Proven experience with CRM integrations and data migrations.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of at least one module: Sales, Marketing, Field Service, or Customer Service.
- Successful track record of delivering enterprise CRM projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, manage time effectively, and resolve sensitive issues.
- Mandatory: Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong architectural and technical understanding of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Ability to quickly learn, analyze, and implement business requirements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proactive, organized, and accountable.
- Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration capabilities.
