Job Title: Integration Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with strong problem-solving and issueresolution skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Boomi or similar middleware technologies and will work closely with Integration Architects to design, develop, and support scalable integration solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed global teams.
Responsibilities:
Integration Engineer
- Understand high-level requirements and expectations from the Integration Architect and plan execution accordingly
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Boomi or similar middleware platforms
- Demonstrate expertise in event-driven systems, orchestration, schema design, mapping, and exception handling
- Collaborate with project teams to define and implement integration strategies
- Manage development and support of batch jobs and backend integration processes
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues in production environments
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Communicate project status and technical updates to stakeholders and management
- Ensure adherence to integration standards, best practices, and version control processes • Work effectively with global teams across different time zones
Experience:
- Total Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Relevant Experience:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Boomi or comparable middleware technologies
- Experience working with hybrid integration architectures
- Hands-on experience with JMS queues
- Strong experience in monitoring and troubleshooting integrations
- Experience in data mapping and transformation (XML, CSV, flat files, and other schemas)
- Exposure to SaaS-based e-commerce platforms and ERP systems
- Experience with Commercetools and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is highly desirable
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to align business requirements with platform capabilities
- Experience in integration lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer service mindset
