Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire platforms and strong knowledge of Rating and Billing Centers. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, while supporting the implementation and improvement of insurance system solutions.
Responsibilities:

Work as a Guidewire senior business analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge.

Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and user stories.

Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Perform business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Support implementation activities related to Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Ensure requirements are clearly documented and aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Maintain proper documentation and follow Guidewire best practices.
Experience:
-
12 to 18 years of total IT experience.

Extensive experience as a Guidewire Senior Business Analyst.

Strong experience with Guidewire Rating / Billing Center (Mandatory).

Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
-
Australia Motor product experience will be an added advantage.
Qualification / Skills:

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong understanding of insurance domain processes.

Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Guidewire Analyst Certification – Mandatory.
