We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an MBA – Entry-Level Technical Recruiter. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and contribute to the growth of our technical teams. Roles and Responsibilities for HR Technical Recruiter:

  • Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding selected candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office Products, LinkedIn, Outlook, and Teams

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree with a focus on HR, Business, or a related field preferred. (freshers – 1 years of experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
