Job Summary/Objective:
We are looking for a skilled CRM ABAP Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in CRM Web UI, CRM Sales, and Marketing processes, and a deep understanding of ABAP development. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions that meet the needs of our organization, ensuring the CRM system operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize CRM Web UI components and applications to support user interface enhancements and improve user experience.
- Extensively worked on CRM Sales and Marketing processes, including customization and optimization of sales and marketing functionalities.
- Utilize the Business Rule Framework (BRF) for rule-based decision-making and automation of business processes within CRM.
- Develop SMARTFORMS and utilize Internet Communication Framework (ICF) services for generating documents and enhancing communication capabilities.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of CRM One Order Framework to create, modify, and enhance customer orders and related data structures.
- Extensively work on BAdIs (Business Add-Ins), RFC functional modules, and customize actions and events within CRM for process automation and integration.
- Develop interfaces involving Idocs for data exchange between CRM and other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Apply performance optimization techniques to enhance the speed and efficiency of CRM applications and processes.
- Possess a good understanding of CRM Middleware for data synchronization and integration between CRM and other systems.
- Work on workflow design and development, primarily within the CRM environment, to automate business processes and streamline operations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a CRM ABAP Developer.
- Strong technical knowledge in CRM Web UI and CRM Sales and Marketing processes.
- Proficiency in Business Rule Framework (BRF), SMARTFORMS, and ICF services.
- In-depth understanding of CRM One Order Framework.
- Extensive experience in working with BAdIs, RFC functional modules, actions, and events within CRM.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing interfaces, including Idocs.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for CRM applications.
- Experience in workflow development, primarily within the CRM environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP CRM certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM Middleware for data integration.
