CRM requirement- FUNCTIONAL Position

Job Summary/Objective: 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes, with a focus on Quotation to Cash (QTC), services, data synchronization, and integration with ECC (Enterprise Central Component). The candidate should also have a strong knowledge of ECC Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. In this role, you will play a critical role in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our CRM system to meet the needs of our organization and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:  

  • Configure and customize the Quotation to Cash (QTC) process within CRM to streamline sales and order management.
  • Manage and optimize CRM services, including service contracts and service order processing, to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize middleware tools and settings to facilitate seamless data integration between CRM and other systems.
  • Implement and maintain data synchronization processes, including initial data loads and delta updates, for critical data such as partners, product master data, condition records, and transactional data.
  • Configure partner determination procedures within CRM to accurately determine relevant partners in various CRM transactions.
  • Define and customize pricing procedures and conditions within CRM to meet pricing requirements and ensure accuracy in sales transactions.
  • Configure billing processes within CRM, including invoice generation and integration with financial systems.
  • Create and customize action profiles to automate CRM processes and trigger actions based on specific events and workflows.
  • Establish and maintain seamless integration between CRM and ECC, ensuring data consistency and process synchronization.
  • Leverage your expertise in ECC Sales and Distribution (SD) processes to provide insights and solutions that align CRM with broader organizational goals.

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working in CRM Functional roles with a focus on SAP CRM or similar CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM QTC processes, services, middleware, data synchronization, partner determination, pricing, billing, action profiles, and CRM-ECC integration.
  • Strong knowledge of ECC SD processes.
  • Experience in preparing job descriptions and defining roles and responsibilities.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM and ECC are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
