Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Gen AI Specialists, Leads, and Architects with strong hands-on
expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented
Generation (RAG), and Python-based development.
The selected professionals will design, develop, deploy, and optimize Gen AI solutions while
collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Senior candidates will also guide
architecture, mentor teams, and drive AI strategy.
Responsibilities
Gen AI Specialist / Lead / Architect
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using Python
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and retrieval frameworks
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI-driven applications
• Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior team members (for Lead/Architect
roles)
Experience
• Total Experience: 5 to 20 years
• Relevant Experience:
• 5–12 years of experience in Python, NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Generative AI
• Strong experience with:
• ChatGPT, LLAMA 2 or similar LLMs
• Vector Databases
• LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Data Pipelines and Data Analytics
• PyTorch, Hugging Face
• MLOps practices
• Proven experience in LLM fine-tuning and deployment
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
• Experience with API integration and backend services
• Knowledge of Copilot and AI-assisted development tools
• Understanding of NLP concepts, embeddings, and semantic search
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and in agile, cross-functional teams
