Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring PolicyCenter components, supporting integrations with external systems, and ensuring smooth policy administration workflows aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain PolicyCenter configurations such as PCF, business rules, workflows, and data models.
- Support integration of PolicyCenter with external applications and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand policy administration requirements.
- Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Guidewire development best practices.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Experience:
- 6 – 12 years of total IT experience.
- Strong experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Hands-on experience in Configuration and Integration.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
Qualification/Skills:6 to 12 years of total IT experience.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire platform architecture.
- Experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration.
- Knowledge of Java, XML, and SQL.
- Understanding of insurance policy and claims processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
