Job Summary:
We are hiring highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineers and Java Cloud Native Leads with strong hands-on experience in modern Java development. The selected professionals will design, develop, and deliver robust enterprise applications by working closely with cross-functional teams. Leads will additionally guide technical direction, mentor teams, and drive architectural decisions.
Responsibilities:
Java Full Stack Engineer
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build responsive and intuitive UI using Angular/React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop APIs and integrate front-end and backend components.
- Ensure performance, code quality, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide scalable, efficient solutions.
Java Cloud Native Lead
- Design and architect cloud-native applications using Microservices and containerization.
- Lead development efforts and guide teams on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture and solution roadmaps.
- Drive innovation and ensure alignment with cloud-native principles and security guidelines
Experience:
Java Full Stack Engineer
- 6+ years of development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Solid UI development experience with Angular or React.
- Experience integrating cloud or container-based services is a plus
Java Cloud Native Lead
• 6+ years of total experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/architect role.
• Expertise in cloud-native design, Microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps
pipelines.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and lead complex technical initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent
experience).
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
• UI development skills (for Full Stack): React/Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
• Cloud and containerization skills (for Cloud Native Lead): Kubernetes, Docker,
AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in agile, multi-functional teams.
