Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Claim Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining claim integration solutions that facilitate the seamless flow of claims information across various systems and platforms. The Claim Integration Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of claims data, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement claim integration solutions to enable the smooth exchange of claims data between different systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand claim processing requirements and implement effective integration solutions.
- Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate claim solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the integrated systems.
- Ensure that claim integration solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
- Implement measures to secure claims data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Create comprehensive documentation for claim integration solutions, including design documents, implementation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or updates to the integration processes.
- Work closely with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and system architecture.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align claim integration goals with overall system development objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of claim integration solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address any defects or issues in the integration processes.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Claim Integration Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with integration technologies, including API gateways, middleware, and ESBs.
- Familiarity with claim management systems and processes.
- Understanding of industry standards for claims processing and data security.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
