Project context
The deployment manager will be working as part of the Salesforce Team, working on project Po2 on half-time basis only. Experience and motivation to perform such activities is key. Autonomy & proactive mindset is a must. Mandatory skills by order of relevance – What you will need to know +2 years of work experience on Salesforce technology. Proven experience performing the role of Deployment manager at enterprise level.
Key Accountabilities –
- Lead the Technical release process Prepare and execute technical deployments into Sandboxes and Production
- Follow environment strategy
- Develop Release schedules
- Prepare technical environments for implementation and testing
- Ensure that Production system is Functional following a successful release
- Data Migration Strategy definition involvement Support to Project manager for Change Advisory Board preparation (rollback process description)
- Other skills & experience Relevant problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-teams in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor.
Experience on complex environments with multiple streams to deploy to the same production environment. Experience with GitLab and Copado.
Experience working on Agile (KanBan and Scrum)
Minimum Exp: 5+ years
- Full remote possible but work on CET (Central European time) zone
