Job Summary/Objective:
As an experienced SAP CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our CRM processes and systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of CRM solutions. Your technical expertise in SAP CRM and your ability to analyze and resolve business issues will contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Follow established customizing guidelines and best practices to configure and customize SAP CRM solutions.
- Contribute actively to a knowledge-sharing attitude within the global module team.
- Participate in module team meetings as required and provide insights and updates.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Experts and Delivery Leaders to understand business requirements and increase business process knowledge within the module team.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads to meet stipulated Service Level Agreements for case resolution within the module team.
- Build and maintain support for defined ways of working while actively participating in efforts to continuously improve them.
- Ability to analyze and solve day-to-day business issues within agreed SLAs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent coordination with team members and customers.
- Exceptional communication skills, including making presentations and facilitating workshops.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM.
- Proficiency in CRM Services and middleware knowledge & and settings.
- Experience with initial and delta data download from ECC to CRM (Partners, Product master, Condition records & Transactional data).
- Knowledge of Partner Determination, Pricing, and CRM Billing.
- Familiarity with Action profiles and integration between CRM & and ECC.
- Understanding of SAP CRM e-commerce overview and product catalog management.
- Familiarity with the Agreement to Order Creation process and Marketing planning.
- Proficiency in standard SAP programs (CRMD* and CRM*).
- Experience in handling Change requests and problem management.
- Experience in working with global/international teams is advantageous.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good-to-have knowledge of integration between CRM & APO gATP (Order Fulfillment).
- Good-to-have knowledge of Logistics integration with CRM.
- Strong expertise in CRM QTC process and setup (Quotation to Cash Process).
- Sound knowledge of ECC SD (Sales and Distribution).
