Job Summary/Objective:
As a Senior Technology Consultant specializing in SAP CRM, you will be a key driver in delivering effective CRM solutions that empower our business processes. Leveraging your extensive experience in SAP CRM, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer relationship management capabilities and contributing to our organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Participate in all phases of SAP CRM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Utilize your expertise in debugging and enhancing standard CRM objects.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP CRM and other systems within the organization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with SAP CRM developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Strong expertise (6-12 years) in SAP CRM with a focus on implementing and optimizing customer-centric solutions.
- Proven ability to participate in end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects.
- Extensive experience in configuring and customizing SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service.
- Proficiency in CRM middleware, integration between CRM & ECC, and CRM e-commerce overview.
- Sound knowledge of CRM QTC (Quotation to Cash) process setup.
- Proficiency in Partner Determination, Pricing, and CRM Billing.
- Familiarity with Action profiles and SAP standard programs (CRMD* and CRM*).
- Experience in debugging, analyzing, and enhancing standard CRM objects.
- Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and client interactions.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM e-commerce overview and product catalog management.
- Understanding of integration between CRM & APO gATP (Order Fulfillment) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM.
- Proficiency in OData, CDS, AMDP, and FIORI development.
- Proficiency in API Management, Webservices, and Restful ABAP Programming.
