Job Summary/Objective: 

We are seeking an IT Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving digitalization efforts within our organization. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for refining functional requirements, implementing technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of various projects. Your expertise in technologies such as MarkLogic, Qlik Power BI, DIB, and RPA will be key in delivering innovative solutions that enhance our data processes and overall operational efficiency.


  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine functional requirements for digitalization projects, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and expected outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and gather inputs from relevant stakeholders to enhance existing discrepancy reports and data incoherency dashboards.
  • Utilize your knowledge of MarkLogic, Qlik Power BI, and DIB to develop and maintain digitalization solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for retriggering failed parts propagation using RPA, ensuring successful hourly data refresh.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement changes in data flow frequencies, optimizing data updates to near real-time for specific sources.
  • Enhance existing HANA to ML flow by incorporating new tables and fields for improved GSI to ML data transfer.
  • Propose AI-based tools to address data quality issues, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the data ecosystem.


  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of MarkLogic, Qlik Power BI, and DIB processes.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools and automation implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying data discrepancies and quality issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate workshops, gather requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in leading technical initiatives and POC implementations.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in appropriate technologies such as MarkLogic, Qlik Power BI, or RPA platforms.
  • Experience in proposing and implementing AI-driven solutions for data quality enhancement
